Assemble the record The case opens with its submission, drawings, building context and the applicable ruleset already connected—no manual reconstruction before review can start.

Examine what needs attention Deterministic checks produce four separate outcomes: meets, does not meet, uncertain, and information not available. Applicability, execution and outcome stay distinct.

Review with evidence Each finding traces back to its source document, rule reference and calculation. The assistant explains stored findings with citations—it never changes a result or approves a permit.

Preserve how it was decided Reviewer dispositions, reruns and evidence packages are versioned rather than overwritten, and a rerun of the same inputs returns identical result hashes.

Representative demonstration data. Not an actual municipal decision or permit approval.
